Identity

The word Identity is much easier to spell than define. Why one might ask. A persons identity can be varied and complex. identity can be how people either see you or perceive you. Again ones identity can also be how one wants to be see. A man who has siblings who have children and is married with his own children and surviving parents who is a school teacher has various identities. his identities will change depending on where he is and who is asking. his somebody's brother. sons, husband , father and uncle and teacher. one man with multiple identities .his gender , race and place of origin have not being included though.

Semiotics

Semiotics is the study of signs I am going to define and explain the meaning of semiotics. In this matter signs can be an image of a meaning to the context like what does an apple represent to us it would say its a representational sign to us because it has many other meanings than of just an apple for instance the sign has a meaning of the listed means life, a fruit it is a meaning coming from literal to lateral meanings signs how ever we see in our every day life for instance simplify means a object and simplified means too what transform the meaning too which ever a flower represents love and compassion. Signs are how ever can be hand made or can be from nature we represent signs in knower days to give us information and sense of direction to our daily lives too the world we live in has many sign to tell us what they are. The word signs conjure various meanings to different people some times these meanings are a reflection of our profession or every day lives. To a driver, road signs will jump to mind a pub-crawler will think of pub signs. A pilot will think of the many signs in the cockpit of his plane.
To me signs mean information for example such as roads signs and also traffic lights.

Modernism/postmodernism

Modernism is new terminology which conjures a new form of art ,which is an off spring of postmodern movement both are very differently to each other because they are variant art styles. and both existed in different centuries. Modernism was in the 20th century while postmodern movement was in 19th century is how they came to live the splitting of the two movements. They are the worst of enemies because of there differences of art they are battling with the modern and postmodern era of art the stylistic movements have change or spread to larger cultivated movement during from the Vietnam war to big demonstration to political actions in the world has changed the art which we now call modernism and postmodern art is doesn’t want to be forgotten off or gotten rid off as they’d feud on too distinction.
Modern art is the now term for art we see or use now the modern art is how is
Folding over the postmodern era. The art, which we see, are modern view like clean tidy and slick and trendy. The moral is like.

“Your speculation that great art involves both poles of the self is fascinating and should be pursued”.
By Heinz Kohut
